EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: INYO CHAMBER & VISIT INYO
Melissa is the newly appointed Executive Director of the Inyo Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Lone Pine, with her husband and two kids, and is an active hiker and climber. Passionate about outdoor recreation, responsible stewardship and helping small businesses thrive, Melissa and her family have operated a local climbing school since 2019. As a small business owner, she has a unique understanding of the challenges facing rural businesses and looks forward to creating new opportunities for Inyo County’s business communities.

Rebecca Brinegar brings a background in branding, marketing, and community storytelling to her work with the Inyo Chamber. Through her agency, Travel Bureau, she helps small, rural communities build best-in-class communications platforms and strategies that reflect their character, support local businesses, and connect with residents and visitors.
